Various skills and experience are generally needed to work at St. Anna’s, for instance to work as a carer, a Certificate III in Aged Care is the standard entry qualification, this will introduce you to all aspects of a carer’s role including personal care, resident well being and assistance with daily activities.

Both a current First Aid Certificate and current Police Clearance (Age Care Specific) is essential, employment will not be granted without both of these requirements.

Multi-lingual capability is highly regarded, but not a requirement.
