Explanation of payment options
Residents can choose to pay for their accommodation by a refundable deposit, a daily payment, or a combination of both. A refundable deposit is
paid as a lump sum amount. A daily payment accrues daily and is paid periodically, for example monthly. A combination payment includes both a
partial lump sum and daily payments.
Example of a combination payment for room
For Premium room of $550,000.00, a resident could pay, for example, 50% of the price by a refundable deposit of $275,000.00 and 50% of the price by daily payments of
$59.52.
For Standard room of $480,000.00, a resident could pay, for example, 50% of the price by a refundable deposit of $240,000.00 and 50% of the price by daily payments of
$51.92.
*The calculation of daily accommodation payment is based on Maximum Permissible interest rate as per Schedule of Fees and Charges for Residential and Home Care published by Department of Health and Aged Care. The interest rate vary from time to time.
Room description
The aged care facility was built in the 1994. Rooms are spacious and well maintained. Each room has its own ensuite and has garden outlook. The facility have a large central courtyard with easy access. Residents can sit out in the for fresh air to enjoy their days. All rooms are air-conditioned individually for adequate heating and cooling.
Common areas
All residents have access to a common lounge and dining area. Also available is a common activity/dining area where residents meet on a daily basis. There is also a small café providing barista coffee and special teas as well as pastry for resident and resident’s family.
